Our institutional kitchen has
played a major role for wedding receptions, dinner theater productions
and reunions. With three large gas stoves, several warming ovens
and plenty of workspace - it is a caterer's dream!
The kitchen is fully equipped -
from pots and pans to mixers and utensils to serving trays and coffee
urns! There are windows for serving guests in a buffet style and
there is even a service entrance for loading dishes onto the
dishwasher without interfering with the cooks.
